I'm Diamond Holliday — a Chartered Financial Consultant, Retirement Income Certified Professional, and Certified Financial Education Instructor. I built Wealth Sprouts & Co. because I've spent years in financial services watching the same thing happen over and over: people arriving at major financial decisions — retirement, a health crisis, a job loss — without the foundation to handle them. Not because they weren't capable. Because nobody ever taught them.

The financial wellness industry has largely served large corporations with enterprise budgets. The small business owner with 30 employees, the HR manager at a mid-size nonprofit, the payroll provider whose clients are asking for more — they've been overlooked. Every module, every live session, every piece of content in the Sprouts Initiative comes from a credentialed educator who believes that access to real financial knowledge shouldn't depend on the size of your company or the zip code you grew up in.
